Once the instructor has mapped submissions to Graders, she/he should be
possible to export this mapping information to a file. The instructor can
download the mapping-file from the system (e.g. for later import of mapping
info).

* Check that mapping-file supports "strange" uncommon names
* Test if export file has correct output format
