https://docs.getdbt.com/faqs/Core/install-python-compatibility (because people will land here, even though it's about the Python version used to run dbt, rather than the Python version running in Snowpark / other engine)

What part(s) of the page would you like to see updated?

It appears you can use the python_version config to run a Snowpark model with 3.9, 3.10, or 3.11

We should also update the default here before py38 goes EOL in October 2024
