QE-GIPAW for QE-6.1

This version is compatible with QE-6.1. Do not make gipaw from QE.

• download and expand the archive
• then: configure --with-qe-source=..., make

QE-GIPAW for QE-6.3

• some fixes to EPR g-tensor print out

QE-GIPAW for QE-6.2.2

• fixed compilation and run with the forthcoming QE-6.2.2 version
• added NMR, EFG, EPR, and Mössbauer tests
• fixed DFT+U
• tested on Mar 8, 2018
