如何去除uni-app的组件或者能让material tailwind css能正常使用 #5226

我加了material tailwind css，发现组件加不进去。并且uni-app的原生组件会覆盖掉我在app.vue设置的组件样式。怎么解决覆盖的问题，还有就是怎么加入material tailwind css。
