Pagestyle empty no effekt with twoside false

Hey everyone,

i change the documentclass to twoside = flase and commented openright. The Problem with my pagenumbers occures with the twoside = flase option. When set false, the pagesyste empty has no effekt any more (I think).

The first pages have not just the pagenumbers on the right hand side (which is ok) but also one in the bottom middle.

I hope someone can help me with this issue.
