Some languages have duplicate pages on topic that is already present, e.g.:
Python Django framework is present under both languages and web app
sections:
https://developer.fedoraproject.org/tech/languages/python/django-installation.html
https://developer.fedoraproject.org/start/sw/web-app/django.html
There might be more examples.
Such duplicate content should be merged into a single page and then linked,
for example the django page should live under start/sw/web-app namespace
and be linked from tech/languages/python languages section.
