Add chart for staffing levels #46

Do this for both Kayunga and Masindi districts

Data Fields

  • Year
  • Level (Primary, Secondary)
  • Number of teachers
  • Number of trained teachers (primary) or support staff (secondary)

Chart Requirements

  • Add dropdown for selecting a level i.e Primary or Secondary
  • The chart is a stacked column chart - Vertical Axis: Number of Staff. Horizontal Axis: Years
  • Add the following series - Trained Teachers & Support Staff
  • The chart should change in response to changes in the global sub-county dropdown.
  • The axes should be named.

@pauline-n please attach the latest Kayunga data file for this, and the Masindi file (if you have it).
