🔖 Feature description

Add a "Promote" button on "App Details" page if there is a rollout resource that has a manual promote step.

🎤 Pitch / Usecases

Both manual and automatic promotion are essential for a developer platform.

🔄️ Alternative

Developers can promote manually on Argo Rollout dashboard. But that requires exposing the Argo Rollout dashboard to developers.
