[DOCUMENTATION] Potential for Nix Install Confusion

Within the nix installs after the nixpkgs.url it has a comment about it being able to be stable but not making hyprpanel follow it. This may potentially confuse new NixOS users or users who don't use hyprland.

Solution

Remove comment OR make relevant to dooit if dooit requires unstable.

I guess I'll need to remove the comment anyway because the underlying tui is very outdated on the stable branch. Thanks for pointing this out!
