calling org-agenda-exit interferes with currently open agenda buffers

I think that the fact that you call org-agenda-exit here

screws up any work I was currently doing in some of the agenda buffers. Typically this manifests by sudden pop-ups asking if I want to save the files before they are closed, even though I may be working in them because I may have opened them through and independent agenda.

My suggestion would be to perhaps only call only org-agenda-Quit (depends on whether you want to respect the org-agenda-sticky t you set or really want to kill the buffer) or something like that that wouldn't close the related Org buffers. What do you think?
