Problem Statement

• when content is sent for review and changes are made to it in the pre-approval stage, the added/modified content is not saved after approval

Steps to Reproduce

• steps to reproduce in 24.04.24 ltsv3 as following:
• created a blog
• adding content to it
• saved as draft
• sent for reviewing
• accessed the content from the task details
• added some extra content (comment + an image)
• sent for approval with success
• the content added in the QA stage was not there
• the id of the contentlet tested is: a7d294667d9c7acc916e70527d99899f
• in the local logs I can see the same reindexing failure(?)
