Difference between dotnetcore & dotnetcore-runtime chocolatey package? #36

Can you please explain the difference between the dotnetcore and dotnetcore-runtime chocolatey package?

Also when you perform a choco uninstall dotnetcore -y it doesn't actually remove the installed program from program files. This seems like a bug
