In declaring new boundaries, what is the importance of polarity normals? If the normal is "0 -1 0" denotes a leaving flux, and does this polarity change the polarity of the boundary condition, such as NormalFluxBC. |

The polarity does not affect the BC. I'd imagine your domain, where center is (0,0,0) and Top (positive) is (0,1,0) with its respected Bottom (negative) as (0,-1,0) . Some concepts for Right-Left. |
