What kind of feature do you want?

When it's difficult to decide what to work on next, a feature that randomly picks a task from the current list would help users quickly move forward.

Use Case

  • Users may feel overwhelmed by a long list of tasks and unsure of where to start.
  • A random task picker offers a way to break decision paralysis and promotes productivity by giving a task to focus on.

Proposed Solution

  • Add a button that, when clicked selects a task at random from the current list.
  • This random task should adhere to any active filters (e.g., tag filters, search filters) so the user only gets relevant tasks.

Additional questions

  • I want to work on this feature request
