Better distinguish Digital Collection & Source Collection

Per WebX discussion 10-2015, make a clearer, stronger distinction between the archival "Source Collection" and the "Digital Collection" in the UI; often they'll have an identical name.

I have two ideas

a) Add a breadcrumb link at the top of an item page, something like:

digital collections (linked to dc home page) >> collection name (linked to portal page)

b) In the details section at the bottom of an item page, relabel 'Digital Collection' as 'This Collection'
