[BUG] Painfully slow docker startup (time-to-health) times of components, esp aas-registry and aas-env

We use off the shelve components in docker compose.

When starting or re-starting the compoonents, especially the time to health of aas-env is really kiling us.

Discovery starts 20sec

Aas-registry sometimes fails around 120 sec, fails to start since health check is failing

Aas-env takes long time to start

We observe the behaviour different azure and local VMs. Is this some issue with health checks or spring? Or some IO limits of our VMs?
