[Feature]: Add system tests with compiled CLI #229

Description

To further improve stable releases of the cli it would make sense to add / adapt to the current system tests execution with the compiled CLI binary

Suggested Solution

compile the CLI before running the system tests and use the binary instead of the ./bin/dev of the typescript code
