What happened?

Quite many of the dependencies in https://github.com/eclipse-velocitas/vehicle-app-python-sdk/blob/main/setup.py are quite old and contain vulnerabilities (even if they do not necessarily affect this component). It would possibly be an idea to upgrade them.
