[Text] Markdown Text Visualization breaks randomly

Kibana version:
8.16.1
Elasticsearch version:
8.16.1

Describe the bug:
Text Visualization stops working and allows no editing.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a Text Visualization
2. Add to Dashboard
3. Create a Duplicate from that Text Visualization
4. Refresh
5. The original text visualization doesn't work

I think it's not only Text Markdown but also TVSB
It's really random

Expected behavior:
Text Markdown should work

Its random because it works at times and the bottom markdown is actually a copy of the original (before the original stopped working):
