Fixes:

#5 - Midnight update issue
#9 - Non hours dont show up in the attributes - (You will need to re-install. The bug was that they were never saved from config setup)
#10 - Add setting to alter the "next cheapest limiter" - Now present in the config flow on setting up new sensors. Default is still 12h.

To not confuse users thinking this is an error. The comparer sorting the full list of cycles is rounded to 1 decimal, then by time from now. This means that sometimes the slightly more expensive option is shown above the cheaper, if the difference between them is small enough I believe the comfort of getting an earlier slot is worth more when glancing.
