Change the OIDC callback to use a Universal link #1734

The OIDC callback is currently io.element:/callback. We would like to use the element.io domain so that the consent screen looks cleaner.

It seems like element.io is very unreliable at being detected inside of the ASWebAuthenticationSession.
The subdomains all seem fine, so we will try mobile.element.io following a change to the MAS.
