Why not to use Python 3.8.10 that has Windows 7 compatibility? I have unsuccessfully tried to unpack WL2 for a program that runs on up to Windows 7 OS. Even Unlicense v3.0 requires Python 3.9, that does not compatible with even Windows 8 OS. It requires to upgrade at least to Windows 8.1 or 10, 11...

Added: BTW Themida 2.4 is compatible with Windows XP | Vista | 7 | 8.1 | 10 and version 3.x just does not support Windows 95/98.
