Allow multiple history trees within one History YAML

Make a branching history based on some deciding factor going into the history rolling, like "if the character has this role, they should roll down this history tree" or "if the character has this role, they should NOT roll down this history tree". This will require further indenting the history and having optional include and exclude rules.
