Postprocessing JSON output of Vale using "jq"

Dear @jdkato and @ChrisChinchilla,

coming from crate/crate-docs#46, I wanted to share some reporting/postprocessing snippets based on jq with you.

At [1], you will find a vale-summary.jq and a vale-summary2csv.jq file. The synopsis/usage is inlined within both files. Hopefully, they will be also useful to you and other people from the Vale community.

You are welcome to either close this issue right away or otherwise keep it open if you want to add those to the documentation of Vale somehow, if appropriate.
