pim.etesync.com website always loads with service-worker registration failures (but eventually I get through to a regular page) #276

eg: loading https://pim.etesync.com/pim/contacts/new/contact I see:

registerServiceWorker.ts:80 Error during service worker registration: 
TypeError: Failed to register a ServiceWorker for scope ('https://pim.etesync.com/') with script ('https://pim.etesync.com/service-worker.js'): ServiceWorker script evaluation failed
(anonymous)	@	registerServiceWorker.ts:80

this was on Chrome at Version 125.0.6422.141 (Official Build) (64-bit)
