Hi, I need help understanding the cause of this runtime error

Environment

• Ubuntu 23.10 x86_64
• Python 3.11.6

Code

from python import multiprocessing
def worker():
    return
p=multiprocessing.Process(target=worker)
p.start()
p.join()

Output
