Tenemos que ver si esta configurando la optimización para argentina:

Ver si hace falta setear algun servidor en las instancias de Argentina para que funcione.
Ver como impacta los timespan en la optimización(se tiene en cuenta que los limitantes de horarios) o solo la mejor ruta en termino de distancia
