🚩 Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe
When using scenario aspects, which should be visible and utilized in any scene, there is no way to persist those aspects besides copying them into every scene.
✅ Describe the solution you'd like
The ability to pin aspects to the board (maybe a separate tab under scenes) that persist regardless of loading or creating a new scene
✏️ Describe alternatives you've considered
Being able to pin cards that persist into any newly loaded or created scene. Being able to keep multiple scenes loaded. Workarounds include an NPC 'character' holding this information or copying each new scene from a template containing the information to be persisted (doesn't work if it changes!)
