A versão do numpy utilizada no msgram atualmente (1.24.3) não funciona com o python 3.12: numpy/numpy#23808 (comment)

Devemos atualizar para uma versão >=1.26

Como reproduzir

Use o python 3.12 e rode pip install .

Comportamento esperado

Nenhum crash
