I understand, all of these are a overkill and lot to work but I hope that it would be better though if done. As there a lot of good FOSS Download managers. There is kget (by KDE) but no Browser extension which also lacks support such as Videos, m3u8 streams, etc. It would be a great thing if you do polish the filecxx more and make it more of a professional. I wish to help but busy IRL, i get it you are the same too. But if this sparked something inside you to turn this app into a whole new level. It would be better to have a roadmap. So, things would be clear and people won't be filing a lot of bug reports. Thank you for the app. |

I understand that this project is being done in your free time. But you are the only Open Source app that is best with browser Integration as far as I know in my Opinion.
Free Download Manager was my original manager while in Windows. It had good browser Integration.
Well, you could be the same too. If in case download is broken while resuming it, then it could be fixed with a new update URL, Download videos using m3u8 streams properly via DASH instead of manually merging (you could also find the logic in Live Stream Downloader Extension), by using one stream, you separately download audio and video, merge it automatically because it is currently a mess when trying to download videos using the extension and many more features borrowed from it.
I hope you understand.
I could use it my PC but I cannot build it for rpm and flatpak doesn't connect to browsers. And mainly their source code is no where to be found.
