Difference between foundation-emails and foundation-emails-templates

Hey everyone,
Could someone explain me the difference of using this repo compared to foundation-emails-templates? From what i understand the outcome is the same? I've always used the templates one because i thought it's sleeker since it doesn't come with the whole documentation etc.
