Create an TCP stream that implements the Write function in order to send logs to a previously defined socket.

The stream should be configurable in order to send logs grouped or as soon as they are written into the stream object.

Hi @ahmedsharif865 as of now no one is working on it since I'm the only contributor and do not have much free time when out of office, if you need it we can discuss the feature and either you can contribute or I can manage to find some time to deliver it. :)
