Right now, the CoC https://gammapy.org/CoC.html does not say where to report violations too nor who will review them. This should be addressed asap.

Hello,
Thank you for this remark. We have added who to contact in case of issue.
In case of violation, a case-by-case inspection will be made as the variety of topics covers by this CoC is very large and generic.
