As a lower-priority ticket, consider other OGC API implementations whose specification has been finalized already, as candidates for graduation:

https://www.ogc.org/it/publications/standard/ogcapi-tiles/ (has a young ETS suite, but it's probably lacking)
https://www.ogc.org/it/publications/standard/ogcapi-maps/ (does not have an ETS suite at all)

Processes has been graduated too and has a ETS, but we lack the implementation entirely.
