Mapzen is shutting down on 1/31/2018. Investigate appropriate alternative and replace geocoder. Consensus for client applications has led to Esri's geocoder.

The GeoCoder code came in with the template project this is from, and is not used in the project.

This issue is around identifying unused javascript code and removing, including the geocoding source files that utilize MapZen.
