Would it be possible to create local pages for specific domains that can be edited by a manager account?

So I am trying to figure out if I can give a manager access to change prices without making it to complicated or giving the manager to much access. Ideally what I want to happen is that they can login and change some numbers and text boxes to edit a single page. It also would be nice to show how many visitors the page is getting so they can know if there changes are effective.

Edit: I have setup the markdown injector plugin and permissions so now my test user can edit a block of text on a page. All I need now is to figure out how to link to the edit page
