Ho un problema dopo aver reinstallato globaleaks

Al termine dell'installazione sul mio server ubuntu mi esce la scritta:
Ouch! The installation is complete but GlobaLeaks failed to start.

come posso procedere?

Che distribuzione/version di linux stai usando?

Localmente allo script di installazione dovresti trovare un file di log contenente probabilmente le ragioni del malfunzionamento. Potresti gentilmente condividerlo?

Mi sto accorgendo adesso che in realtà il servizio è attivo.. Anche se non ho corretto nulla, perciò grazie comunque per il supporto immediato!
