Unable to select library from sites with multiple libraries. #9

This site http://96.246.209.18:9090 has seven libraries. It appears that Demeter is downloading from FanFic by default, even if a different library is specified in the host URL e.g. http://96.246.209.18:9090/mobile?library_id=General_Fiction (103 epubs) and instead pulls http://96.246.209.18:9090/mobile?library_id=Fanfics (4133 epubs).

Please allow option to select library, download all libraries, or honor the library specified in the host URL.

I'll have to take a deeper look into this, I thought it was library agnostic.
