I couldnt seem to find any documentation on a rest api for teams.

Hello @grimmdev unfortunately at the moment Teams for Memberships does not support yet the WC REST API. Please reach us at https://www.skyverge.com/contact/ to tell us about how you are using Teams and which features would you like to see supported in the REST API. Thank you

Well being able to retrieve a single team, with id's of individuals within the team would be nice.

I can't begin to tell you how useful @grimmdev 'a suggestion would be!

I am currently trying to pull data from the original WC order to the Team post meta data and it's frankly a nightmare.
