Request to be promoted to Reviewer for Docs

In line with the contributor ladder, I am requesting to be advanced to Reviewer in the Docs area and receive write access to guacsec/guac-docs & guacsec/guac-data (note that the latter is not explicitly included in the Docs area, but it seems reasonable to consider it part of docs).

This request requires a majority approval from the current maintainers.
