Context
Fix total SpecRuns count mismatch between the status field and SpecRuns field

Details
As shown in the image below, sometimes the total count (pass+fail) of the test runs in the status tag differs from the total calculated (as pass/total) in the SpecRun field. Find what's wrong with the calculation logic and fix this.
