There are some bugs when reading proper nouns. It only catches a part of proper noun and maps to some waterbody.
e.g. doc = nlp('The water quality data for downstream of Maumee River (Waterville station) has been collected from the National Center for Water Quality Research housed at the Heidelberg University')

National, type: LAKE, https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q34910351 [103, 111] University, type: LAKE, https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q49314455 [171, 181]

doc = nlp('Data obtained from United States Census Bureau websites include; population of county, detergent use, fertilizer use, land use, crop area, and livestock count. ')

United States, type: COUNTRY, https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q30 [202, 215] Bureau, type: RIVER, https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q22409666 [223, 229]

The conditioned SRTM Digital Elevation Model (DEM) were downloaded from HydroSHEDS website (https://hydrosheds.cr.usgs.gov/index.php).
Elevation, type: LAKE, https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q22386885 [29, 38]
