Fix mail links for Children's privacy in privacy-policy.yml

Overview

We are making edits to the privacy-policy.yml ^{1 2}. The email privacy@hackforla.org in the privacy-policy.yml needs to link properly so that readers of this page can send emails from link.

Action Items

• Locate the Children's privacy section, and replace only in this section:

  [privacy@hackforla.org](privacy@hackforla.org)
  

  with:

  [privacy@hackforla.org](mailto: privacy@hackforla.org)
  

• Using Docker, confirm that the email link is working (mailto: typically opens an email program with the email). The project webpage URL can be found below under Resources.
