It takes 5 minutes to display the Live window

After choosing the webcam from the dropdown list and pressing Live, the app freezes for about 3-5 minutes until the preview window opens up. The image runs fairly smoothly once the window opens. But every time I change the face picture, I have to go through this 5 minute wait time again.

You might say "your system is slow", but that's not the issue.
When I pass my webcam through OBS and run the OBS virtual camera and then select the virtual camera inside Deep-Live-Cam, the Live window opens up with little delay.

So, I'm not sure what the problem is. The logs don't indicate anything either as far as I can see. It says "face_enhancer not found", but I'm not using face enhancer (or any of the other switches) anyway
