I'm a fan of VSCode, I'm used to hotkeys in VSCode.
like Command + D, Please Add MultiCursor only Keyboard
(I also know there is option + mouse drag, But I like to use only keyboard without hand moving)

In Heynote on Windows, Ctrl-D will select the next occurence of the selected word(s). I use it all the time.
