Removed highlighting for obsolete keywords array, record,
__COMPILER_HALT_OFFSET.
Added highlighting for keywords nameof, internal, and readonly.
Make keyword highlighting case-sensitive.
Don't treat # as a comment anymore, as that syntax has been taken
by enum classes.
