[Workflow] Add ability to overwrite query for Coveo

Currently the workflow pages use the page URL as a parameter to query for the workflow products for Coveo.
If the URL changes, this would break the page as changing the workflow id in PIM is very time-consuming.

Please add the ability to modify the query so that URL changes would not affect this.
