User Guide for Determinant Calculator

This application is designed to help you calculate the determinant of matrices. The determinant is an important value associated with a matrix that has various applications in mathematics and engineering.

How to use Determinant Calculator

  1. Launch the application.

  2. Choose the matrix dimension. Use the buttons on the main screen to select the dimension of the matrix for which you want to calculate the determinant. Options include 2x2, 3x3, 4x4, and so on up to 10x10.

  3. Enter the matrix values. Once you select the matrix dimension, a window with a grid of boxes will appear. Enter the values for the individual elements of the matrix into these boxes.

  4. Click the "Calculate" button. After entering all the values, press the "Calculate" button at the bottom of the window.

  5. View the result. The application will display the determinant of the entered matrix in the field below the grid of boxes.
