What metric crates are recommended under rust?

I think it's time for engula to introduce metrics. What crates are recommended under rust?

IIRC @Xuanwo @breeswish have some experiences on using minitrace and prometheus. You can take a look at those crates as well as their usages in tikv.

+1 for prometheus. For tracing, I don't think it's necessary for now.

There is a vendor independent metric interface crate: metrics, but looks like not very popular for now.

opendal is using metrics now. I don't have much experience in this area.

Using https://github.com/prometheus/client_rust or https://github.com/tikv/rust-prometheus is much better?
