Release v2.14 observations

Hey all in the Identus delivery, I have seen the v2.14 is released and I used some time to review at my level of expertise, which is on the quality of the release and I wanted to share what I observed:

I hope it helps, that's all :)

1. The list of features listed here and in the github are not entirely the same (e.g: error for cloud agent is in github but not here). I would suggest not to duplicate release note and just keep only one in github.
2. The link to PRISM Node does not work anymore (it is not in v2.13 as well so not sure if it is a regression)
3. SDK Swift: the semantic release change expects a breaking change but it is not mentioned anywhere.
4. There is no documentation website update in the release (what is good is there is a v1.119 tag and the site was updated).
5. Error handling in SDKs does not have a link but there is this one: Error handling and Problem reporting for SDKs #19
6. Cloud Agent component releases is not set as latest
7. The roadmap is not updated yet for the features that are part of this release should have been moved from Planned or In Progress to QA or Done.

[1] The Identus Platform release highlights the main features and bug fixes when each component release contains a detailed changelog.
[2] The link to the Prism Node doesn't work, but we are almost here (🤞) to make the repo open source.
[3] The SDK Swift contains the breaking changes, which are listed in the following commit. These breaking changes relate to the refactoring of the bootstrapping logic.
[4] The documentation site is updated on each PR to the main branch and automatically deployed to the GitHub pages. I just wanted to let you know that sharing the links to the docs again is not required, as this link is well-known.
[5] We are still moving tickets from the internal Jira to GitHub. Our current PI is 💯 public (there are no hidden tickets in Jira), but this release is slightly mixed.
[6] Thanks for this. We should have remembered these components. Everything is released and published now, so HTTP clients for 1.40.0 are available.
[7] Updating the roadmap is almost done. We are all working on this, but it should be OK with the current 2.14 platform release.

[3] I see that the original commit has a '!' which indicates the breaking change but the one in the release note has lost it. So, good to check that and improve for next time.
[5] I have found the #19 which seems to be the feature that is released in v2.14. If so, you can replace it in the release note.
[7] I see the roadmap is updated indeed. You could consider to add the roadmap link in the release note for convenience.
